The Loft Above, a Private Mezzanine Retreat
A staircase with beautiful custom ironwork leads up to a loft, or mezzanine, that looks down over the family room below. Up here you will find two more bedrooms, each with its own distinct feel.
One bedroom has an elegant obscured glass door and sits directly above the house, completely private from every angle. The other, bedroom four, comes equipped with a bed and armadio (wardrobe closet) system built right in.
The Sweeping Sea View That Steals the Show
Here is the thing about this property that is genuinely hard to put into words. From the upper bedrooms and the terrace, you get an uninterrupted, panoramic sweep of the Mediterranean framed by mountain ranges on either side.

The terrazzo (terrace) is expansive and lovely, but it is still missing its finishing surface. It would need a mortar bed, a mascetto (leveling layer), and a nice quarry tile to be fully finished, a project that is straightforward enough to tackle.
