It was better than even expected. It was so exciting and it just was a perfect experience. The house is going to be wonderful and it's perfect for us. Certainly the pictures online don't do it all the justice. Having to deal with all the administrative things here in Italy and not speaking the language very well at all, it would be very difficult for somebody from America to come and do that, and you've made it a really good experience for us. Very seamless, smooth, everything was wonderful. We'd do it again in a heartbeat.

We originally saw the property on their channel Move to Italy Now, and once we saw how beautiful it was, we made an offer right away. Carlo and Jeia have made the process so smooth and so wonderful. We really haven't had to worry about much. They are genuinely the people that are on TV, they're not fake, they're real. We fell in love with our house on TV and when we saw it in person we saw the vision that they gave us and we added our own little vision. And now we finally did our closing and everything went smoothly and seamless.
