We have seen this play out before, half an hour down the coast in Capo d’Orlando, where a similar yacht club project went in years ago and pushed prices for comparable homes up two to three times what they were before.
Buying ahead of major infrastructure is a classic real estate strategy, and it is exactly what this apartment offers. You are locking in a price before the marina, the shops, and the tourist traffic arrive.
Living in Santo Stefano di Camastra Offers More Than Just a View

The train station is a short walk away, and you can hear the train pass behind the building, but from inside the apartment it is barely noticeable since it is an electric line. Buses stop nearby too, and the town itself has an urgent care center, pharmacies, a post office, banks, and four supermarkets within easy reach.
Santo Stefano di Camastra is already known worldwide for its ceramics, so it draws visitors for that alone. Once the marina is finished, it will be reachable by train, boat, bus, or car, and we expect summer rental rates here to climb well beyond what they already command.
